- Psalms 19 69:20 - Reproach hath broken my heart ; and I am full of heaviness : and I looked for some to take pity , but there was none; and for comforters , but I found none.
חרפה שׁברה לבי ואנושׁה ואקוה לנוד ואין ולמנחמים ולא מצאתי - 1 Chronicles 13 19:3 - But the princes of the children of Ammon said to Hanun, Thinkest thou that David doth honour thy father, that he hath sent comforters unto thee? are not his servants come unto thee for to search , and to overthrow , and to spy out the land ?
ויאמרו שׂרי בני־עמון לחנון המכבד דויד את־אביך בעיניך כי־שׁלח לך מנחמים הלא בעבור לחקר ולהפך ולרגל הארץ באו עבדיו אליך - Job 18 16:2 - I have heard many such things : miserable comforters are ye all.

ויאמרו שׂרי בני־עמון אל־חנון אדניהם המכבד דוד את־אביך בעיניך כי־שׁלח לך מנחמים הלוא בעבור חקור את־העיר ולרגלה ולהפכה שׁלח דוד את־עבדיו אליך - Nahum 34 3:7 - And it shall come to pass, that all they that look upon thee shall flee from thee, and say , Nineveh is laid waste : who will bemoan her? whence shall I seek comforters for thee?
