- 1 Chronicles 13 22:8 - But the word of the LORD came to me, saying , Thou hast shed blood abundantly, and hast made great wars : thou shalt not build an house unto my name, because thou hast shed much blood upon the earth in my sight.
ויהי עלי דבר־יהוה לאמר דם לרב שׁפכת ומלחמות גדלות עשׂית לא־תבנה בית לשׁמי כי דמים רבים שׁפכת ארצה לפני - Ezekiel 26 27:26 - Thy rowers have brought thee into great waters : the east wind hath broken thee in the midst of the seas.
במים רבים הביאוך השׁטים אתך רוח הקדים שׁברך בלב ימים - Ezekiel 26 16:51 - Neither hath Samaria committed half of thy sins ; but thou hast multiplied thine abominations more than they, and hast justified thy sisters in all thine abominations which thou hast done .
