- 2 Samuel 10 13:12 - And she answered him, Nay, my brother, do not force me; for no such thing ought to be done in Israel : do not thou this folly.
ותאמר לו אל־אחי אל־תענני כי לא־יעשׂה כן בישׂראל אל־תעשׂה את־הנבלה הזאת - 1 Kings 11 13:25 - And, behold, men passed by , and saw the carcase cast in the way, and the lion standing by the carcase : and they came and told it in the city where the old prophet dwelt .
והנה אנשׁים עברים ויראו את־הנבלה משׁלכת בדרך ואת־האריה עמד אצל הנבלה ויבאו וידברו בעיר אשׁר הנביא הזקן ישׁב בה - 1 Kings 11 13:28 - And he went and found his carcase cast in the way, and the ass and the lion standing by the carcase : the lion had not eaten the carcase, nor torn the ass.
וילך וימצא את־נבלתו משׁלכת בדרך וחמור והאריה עמדים אצל הנבלה לא־אכל האריה את־הנבלה ולא שׁבר את־החמור - Judges 7 19:23 - And the man, the master of the house, went out unto them, and said unto them, Nay, my brethren, nay, I pray you, do not so wickedly ; seeing that this man is come into mine house, do not this folly.
