- Numbers 4 15:3 - And will make an offering by fire unto the LORD, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice in performing a vow, or in a freewill offering, or in your solemn feasts, to make a sweet savour unto the LORD, of the herd, or of the flock :
ועשׂיתם אשׁה ליהוה עלה או־זבח לפלא־נדר או בנדבה או במעדיכם לעשׂות ריח ניחח ליהוה מנ־הבקר או מנ־הצאן - Numbers 4 9:7 - And those men said unto him, We are defiled by the dead body of a man : wherefore are we kept back , that we may not offer an offering of the LORD in his appointed season among the children of Israel ?
ויאמרו האנשׁים ההמה אליו אנחנו טמאים לנפשׁ אדם למה נגרע לבלתי הקרב את־קרבן יהוה במעדו בתוך בני ישׂראל - Isaiah 23 7:25 - And on all hills that shall be digged with the mattock, there shall not come thither the fear of briers and thorns : but it shall be for the sending forth of oxen, and for the treading of lesser cattle.
וכל ההרים אשׁר במעדר יעדרון לא־תבוא שׁמה יראת שׁמיר ושׁית והיה למשׁלח שׁור ולמרמס שׂה - Deuteronomy 5 31:10 - And Moses commanded them, saying , At the end of every seven years, in the solemnity of the year of release, in the feast of tabernacles,
ויצו משׁה אותם לאמר מקץ שׁבע שׁנים במעד שׁנת השׁמטה בחג הסכות - Numbers 4 9:13 - But the man that is clean, and is not in a journey, and forbeareth to keep the passover, even the same soul shall be cut off from among his people : because he brought not the offering of the LORD in his appointed season, that man shall bear his sin.
והאישׁ אשׁר־הוא טהור ובדרך לא־היה וחדל לעשׂות הפסח ונכרתה הנפשׁ ההוא מעמיה כי קרבן יהוה לא הקריב במעדו חטאו ישׂא האישׁ ההוא
