- Jeremiah 24 52:11 - Then he put out the eyes of Zedekiah ; and the king of Babylon bound him in chains, and carried him to Babylon, and put him in prison till the day of his death.
ואת־עיני צדקיהו עור ויאסרהו בנחשׁתים ויבאהו מלכ־בבל בבלה ויתנהו בבית־־הפקדת עד־יום מותו - 1 Kings 11 13:26 - And when the prophet that brought him back from the way heard thereof, he said , It is the man of God, who was disobedient unto the word of the LORD : therefore the LORD hath delivered him unto the lion, which hath torn him, and slain him, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake unto him.
