- Joshua 6 11:18 - Joshua made war a long time with all those kings.
ימים רבים עשׂה יהושׁע את־כל־המלכים האלה מלחמה - Joshua 6 24:29 - And it came to pass after these things, that Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died , being an hundred and ten years old.
ויהי אחרי הדברים האלה וימת יהושׁע בנ־נון עבד יהוה בנ־מאה ועשׂר שׁנים - Joshua 6 6:2 - And the LORD said unto Joshua, See , I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valour.
ויאמר יהוה אל־יהושׁע ראה נתתי בידך את־יריחו ואת־מלכה גבורי החיל - Deuteronomy 5 31:7 - And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of a good courage : for thou must go with this people unto the land which the LORD hath sworn unto their fathers to give them; and thou shalt cause them to inherit it.
ויקרא משׁה ליהושׁע ויאמר אליו לעיני כל־ישׂראל חזק ואמץ כי אתה תבוא את־העם הזה אל־הארץ אשׁר נשׁבע יהוה לאבתם לתת להם ואתה תנחילנה אותם - Joshua 6 17:4 - And they came near before Eleazar the priest, and before Joshua the son of Nun, and before the princes, saying , The LORD commanded Moses to give us an inheritance among our brethren. Therefore according to the commandment of the LORD he gave them an inheritance among the brethren of their father.
ותקרבנה לפני אלעזר הכהן ולפני יהושׁע בנ־נון ולפני הנשׂיאים לאמר יהוה צוה את־משׁה לתת־לנו נחלה בתוך אחינו ויתן להם אל־פי יהוה נחלה בתוך אחי אביהן
