- 2 Samuel 10 16:21 - And Ahithophel said unto Absalom, Go in unto thy father's concubines, which he hath left to keep the house ; and all Israel shall hear that thou art abhorred of thy father : then shall the hands of all that are with thee be strong .
ויאמר אחיתפל אל־אבשׁלם בוא אל־פלגשׁי אביך אשׁר הניח לשׁמור הבית ושׁמע כל־ישׂראל כי־נבאשׁת את־אביך וחזקו ידי כל־אשׁר אתך - Amos 30 2:14 - Therefore the flight shall perish from the swift, and the strong shall not strengthen his force, neither shall the mighty deliver himself :
ואבד מנוס מקל וחזק לא־יאמץ כחו וגבור לא־ימלט נפשׁו - Ezekiel 26 30:24 - And I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and put my sword in his hand : but I will break Pharaoh's arms, and he shall groan before him with the groanings of a deadly wounded man.
וחזקתי את־זרעות מלך בבל ונתתי את־חרבי בידו ושׁברתי את־זרעות פרעה ונאק נאקות חלל לפניו - 1 Kings 11 19:11 - And he said , Go forth , and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by , and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD ; but the LORD was not in the wind : and after the wind an earthquake ; but the LORD was not in the earthquake :
ויאמר צא ועמדת בהר לפני יהוה והנה יהוה עבר ורוח גדולה וחזק מפרק הרים ומשׁבר סלעים לפני יהוה לא ברוח יהוה ואחר הרוח רעשׁ לא ברעשׁ יהוה - Joshua 6 23:6 - Be ye therefore very courageous to keep and to do all that is written in the book of the law of Moses, that ye turn not aside therefrom to the right hand or to the left ;
וחזקתם מאד לשׁמר ולעשׂות את כל־הכתוב בספר תורת משׁה לבלתי סור־ממנו ימין ושׂמאול
