- Judges 7 17:4 - Yet he restored the money unto his mother ; and his mother took two hundred shekels of silver, and gave them to the founder , who made thereof a graven image and a molten image : and they were in the house of Micah.
וישׁב את־הכסף לאמו ותקח אמו מאתים כסף ותתנהו לצורף ויעשׂהו פסל ומסכה ויהי בבית מיכיהו - Judges 7 18:14 - Then answered the five men that went to spy out the country of Laish, and said unto their brethren, Do ye know that there is in these houses an ephod, and teraphim, and a graven image, and a molten image ? now therefore consider what ye have to do .
ויענו חמשׁת האנשׁים ההלכים לרגל את־הארץ לישׁ ויאמרו אל־אחיהם הידעתם כי ישׁ בבתים האלה אפוד ותרפים ופסל ומסכה ועתה דעו מה־תעשׂו - Deuteronomy 5 27:15 - Cursed be the man that maketh any graven or molten image, an abomination unto the LORD, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and putteth it in a secret place. And all the people shall answer and say , Amen.
ארור האישׁ אשׁר יעשׂה פסל ומסכה תועבת יהוה מעשׂה ידי חרשׁ ושׂם בסתר וענו כל־העם ואמרו אמן - Judges 7 17:3 - And when he had restored the eleven hundred shekels of silver to his mother, his mother said , I had wholly dedicated the silver unto the LORD from my hand for my son, to make a graven image and a molten image : now therefore I will restore it unto thee.
וישׁב את־אלפ־ומאה הכסף לאמו ותאמר אמו הקדשׁ הקדשׁתי את־הכסף ליהוה מידי לבני לעשׂות פסל ומסכה ועתה אשׁיבנו לך - Nahum 34 1:14 - And the LORD hath given a commandment concerning thee, that no more of thy name be sown : out of the house of thy gods will I cut off the graven image and the molten image : I will make thy grave ; for thou art vile .
וצוה עליך יהוה לא־יזרע משׁמך עוד מבית אלהיך אכרית פסל ומסכה אשׂים קברך כי קלות
