- Judges 7 2:12 - And they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods, of the gods of the people that were round about them, and bowed themselves unto them, and provoked the LORD to anger .
ויעזבו את־יהוה אלהי אבותם המוציא אותם מארץ מצרים וילכו אחרי אלהים אחרים מאלהי העמים אשׁר סביבותיהם וישׁתחוו להם ויכעסו את־יהוה - 1 Samuel 9 1:19 - And they rose up in the morning early , and worshipped before the LORD, and returned , and came to their house to Ramah : and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife ; and the LORD remembered her.
