- Ezra 15 10:3 - Now therefore let us make a covenant with our God to put away all the wives, and such as are born of them, according to the counsel of my lord, and of those that tremble at the commandment of our God ; and let it be done according to the law.
ועתה נכרת־ברית לאלהינו להוציא כל־נשׁים והנולד מהם בעצת אדני והחרדים במצות אלהינו וכתורה יעשׂה - Ezra 15 4:3 - But Zerubbabel, and Jeshua, and the rest of the chief of the fathers of Israel, said unto them, Ye have nothing to do with us to build an house unto our God ; but we ourselves together will build unto the LORD God of Israel, as king Cyrus the king of Persia hath commanded us.
ויאמר להם זרבבל וישׁוע ושׁאר ראשׁי האבות לישׂראל לא־לכם ולנו לבנות בית לאלהינו כי אנחנו יחד נבנה ליהוה אלהי ישׂראל כאשׁר צונו המלך כורשׁ מלכ־פרס - Isaiah 23 61:2 - To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God ; to comfort all that mourn ;
לקרא שׁנת־רצון ליהוה ויום נקם לאלהינו לנחם כל־אבלים - Exodus 2 5:8 - And the tale of the bricks, which they did make heretofore , ye shall lay upon them; ye shall not diminish ought thereof: for they be idle ; therefore they cry , saying , Let us go and sacrifice to our God.
ואת־מתכנת הלבנים אשׁר הם עשׂים תמול שׁלשׁם תשׂימו עליהם לא תגרעו ממנו כי־נרפים הם על־כן הם צעקים לאמר נלכה נזבחה לאלהינו - Isaiah 23 40:3 - The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.
