- Ezekiel 26 45:7 - And a portion shall be for the prince on the one side and on the other side of the oblation of the holy portion, and of the possession of the city, before the oblation of the holy portion, and before the possession of the city, from the west side westward, and from the east side eastward : and the length shall be over against one of the portions, from the west border unto the east border.
ולנשׂיא מזה ומזה לתרומת הקדשׁ ולאחזת העיר אל־פני תרומת־הקדשׁ ואל־פני אחזת העיר מפאת־ים ימה ומפאת־קדמה קדימה וארך לעמות אחד החלקים מגבול ים אל־גבול קדימה - Ezekiel 26 47:20 - The west side also shall be the great sea from the border, till a man come over against Hamath. This is the west side.
ופאת־ים הים הגדול מגבול עד־נכח לבוא חמת זאת פאת־ים - Exodus 2 38:12 - And for the west side were hangings of fifty cubits, their pillars ten, and their sockets ten ; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets of silver.
ולפאת־ים קלעים חמשׁים באמה עמודיהם עשׂרה ואדניהם עשׂרה ווי העמדים וחשׁוקיהם כסף - Numbers 4 35:5 - And ye shall measure from without the city on the east side two thousand cubits, and on the south side two thousand cubits, and on the west side two thousand cubits, and on the north side two thousand cubits ; and the city shall be in the midst : this shall be to them the suburbs of the cities.
ומדתם מחוץ לעיר את־פאת־קדמה אלפים באמה ואת־פאת־נגב אלפים באמה ואת־פאת־ים אלפים באמה ואת פאת צפון אלפים באמה והעיר בתוך זה יהיה להם מגרשׁי הערים - Joshua 6 18:14 - And the border was drawn thence, and compassed the corner of the sea southward, from the hill that lieth before Bethhoron southward ; and the goings out thereof were at Kirjathbaal, which is Kirjathjearim, a city of the children of Judah : this was the west quarter.
