- Exodus 2 3:7 - And the LORD said , I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters ; for I know their sorrows ;
ויאמר יהוה ראה ראיתי את־עני עמי אשׁר במצרים ואת־צעקתם שׁמעתי מפני נגשׂיו כי ידעתי את־מכאביו - Deuteronomy 5 22:27 - For he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried , and there was none to save her.
כי בשׂדה מצאה צעקה הנער המארשׂה ואין מושׁיע לה - Exodus 2 5:15 - Then the officers of the children of Israel came and cried unto Pharaoh, saying , Wherefore dealest thou thus with thy servants ?
ויבאו שׁטרי בני ישׂראל ויצעקו אל־פרעה לאמר למה תעשׂה כה לעבדיך - Exodus 2 11:6 - And there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there was none like it, nor shall be like it any more .
והיתה צעקה גדלה בכל־ארץ מצרים אשׁר כמהו לא נהיתה וכמהו לא תסף - Deuteronomy 5 22:24 - Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die ; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city ; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour's wife : so thou shalt put away evil from among you.
והוצאתם את־שׁניהם אל־שׁער העיר ההוא וסקלתם אתם באבנים ומתו את־הנער על־דבר אשׁר לא־צעקה בעיר ואת־האישׁ על־דבר אשׁר־ענה את־אשׁת רעהו ובערת הרע מקרבך
