- 1 Samuel 9 14:45 - And the people said unto Saul, Shall Jonathan die , who hath wrought this great salvation in Israel ? God forbid : as the LORD liveth, there shall not one hair of his head fall to the ground ; for he hath wrought with God this day. So the people rescued Jonathan, that he died not.
ויאמר העם אל־שׁאול היונתן ימות אשׁר עשׂה הישׁועה הגדולה הזאת בישׂראל חלילה חי־יהוה אמ־יפל משׂערת ראשׁו ארצה כי־עמ־אלהים עשׂה היום הזה ויפדו העם את־יונתן ולא־מת - Job 18 4:15 - Then a spirit passed before my face ; the hair of my flesh stood up :
ורוח על־פני יחלף תסמר שׂערת בשׂרי - Genesis 1 27:23 - And he discerned him not, because his hands were hairy, as his brother Esau's hands : so he blessed him.

ותאמר יזכר־נא המלך את־יהוה אלהיך מהרבית גאל הדם לשׁחת ולא ישׁמידו את־בני ויאמר חי־יהוה אמ־יפל משׂערת בנך ארצה - 1 Kings 11 1:52 - And Solomon said , If he will shew himself a worthy man, there shall not an hair of him fall to the earth : but if wickedness shall be found in him, he shall die .
ויאמר שׁלמה אם יהיה לבנ־חיל לא־יפל משׂערתו ארצה ואמ־רעה תמצא־בו ומת
