- 2 Chronicles 14 22:11 - But Jehoshabeath, the daughter of the king, took Joash the son of Ahaziah, and stole him from among the king's sons that were slain , and put him and his nurse in a bedchamber . So Jehoshabeath, the daughter of king Jehoram, the wife of Jehoiada the priest, hid him from Athaliah, so that she slew him not.
ותקח יהושׁבעת בת־המלך את־יואשׁ בנ־אחזיהו ותגנב אתו מתוך בני־המלך המומתים ותתן אתו ואת־מינקתו בחדר המטות ותסתירהו יהושׁבעת בת־המלך יהורם אשׁת יהוידע הכהן כי היא היתה אחות אחזיהו מפני עתליהו ולא המיתתהו - Joshua 6 14:1 - And these are the countries which the children of Israel inherited in the land of Canaan, which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel, distributed for inheritance to them.
ואלה אשׁר־נחלו בני־ישׂראל בארץ כנען אשׁר נחלו אותם אלעזר הכהן ויהושׁע בנ־נון וראשׁי אבות המטות לבני ישׂראל - 1 Kings 11 8:1 - Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, the chief of the fathers of the children of Israel, unto king Solomon in Jerusalem, that they might bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD out of the city of David, which is Zion.
אז יקהל שׁלמה את־זקני ישׂראל את־כל־ראשׁי המטות נשׂיאי האבות לבני ישׂראל אל־המלך שׁלמה ירושׁלם להעלות את־ארון ברית־יהוה מעיר דוד היא ציון - Joshua 6 14:3 - For Moses had given the inheritance of two tribes and an half tribe on the other side Jordan : but unto the Levites he gave none inheritance among them.
כי־נתן משׁה נחלת שׁני המטות וחצי המטה מעבר לירדן וללוים לא־נתן נחלה בתוכם - Numbers 4 32:28 - So concerning them Moses commanded Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the chief fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel :
ויצו להם משׁה את אלעזר הכהן ואת יהושׁע בנ־נון ואת־ראשׁי אבות המטות לבני ישׂראל
