- Judges 7 21:12 - And they found among the inhabitants of Jabeshgilead four hundred young virgins, that had known no man by lying with any male : and they brought them unto the camp to Shiloh, which is in the land of Canaan.
וימצאו מיושׁבי יבישׁ גלעד ארבע מאות נערה בתולה אשׁר לא־ידעה אישׁ למשׁכב זכר ויביאו אותם אל־המחנה שׁלה אשׁר בארץ כנען - Ruth 8 2:6 - And the servant that was set over the reapers answered and said , It is the Moabitish damsel that came back with Naomi out of the country of Moab :
ויען הנער הנצב על־הקוצרים ויאמר נערה מואביה היא השׁבה עמ־נעמי משׂדה מואב - Ruth 8 4:12 - And let thy house be like the house of Pharez, whom Tamar bare unto Judah, of the seed which the LORD shall give thee of this young woman.
ויהי ביתך כבית פרץ אשׁר־ילדה תמר ליהודה מנ־הזרע אשׁר יתן יהוה לך מנ־הנערה הזאת - Esther 17 2:12 - Now when every maid's turn was come to go in to king Ahasuerus, after that she had been twelve months, according to the manner of the women,
ובהגיע תר נערה ונערה לבוא אל־המלך אחשׁורושׁ מקץ היות לה כדת הנשׁים שׁנים עשׂר חדשׁ כי כן ימלאו ימי מרוקיהן שׁשׁה חדשׁים בשׁמן המר ושׁשׁה חדשׁים בבשׂמים ובתמרוקי הנשׁים - Amos 30 2:7 - That pant after the dust of the earth on the head of the poor, and turn aside the way of the meek : and a man and his father will go in unto the same maid, to profane my holy name :
