- 2 Samuel 10 22:2 - And he said , The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer ;
ויאמר יהוה סלעי ומצדתי ומפלטי־לי - Isaiah 23 57:5 - Enflaming yourselves with idols under every green tree, slaying the children in the valleys under the clifts of the rocks ?
הנחמים באלים תחת כל־עץ רענן שׁחטי הילדים בנחלים תחת סעפי הסלעים - Isaiah 23 33:16 - He shall dwell on high : his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks : bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure .
הוא מרומים ישׁכן מצדות סלעים משׂגבו לחמו נתן מימיו נאמנים - 1 Kings 11 19:11 - And he said , Go forth , and stand upon the mount before the LORD.
