- Deuteronomy 5 5:24 - And ye said , Behold, the LORD our God hath shewed us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the midst of the fire : we have seen this day that God doth talk with man, and he liveth .
ותאמרו הן הראנו יהוה אלהינו את־כבדו ואת־גדלו ואת־קלו שׁמענו מתוך האשׁ היום הזה ראינו כי־ידבר אלהים את־האדם וחי - Numbers 4 13:32 - And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying , The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature.
ויוציאו דבת הארץ אשׁר תרו אתה אל־בני ישׂראל לאמר הארץ אשׁר עברנו בה לתור אתה ארץ אכלת יושׁביה הוא וכל־העם אשׁר־ראינו בתוכה אנשׁי מדות - Genesis 1 26:28 - And they said , We saw certainly that the LORD was with thee: and we said , Let there be now an oath betwixt us, even betwixt us and thee, and let us make a covenant with thee;
ויאמרו ראו ראינו כי־היה יהוה עמך ונאמר תהי נא אלה בינותינו בינינו ובינך ונכרתה ברית עמך - Deuteronomy 5 1:28 - Whither shall we go up ? our brethren have discouraged our heart, saying , The people is greater and taller than we; the cities are great and walled up to heaven ; and moreover we have seen the sons of the Anakims there.
אנה אנחנו עלים אחינו המסו את־לבבנו לאמר עם גדול ורם ממנו ערים גדלת ובצורת בשׁמים וגמ־בני ענקים ראינו שׁם - Daniel 27 1:13 - Then let our countenances be looked upon before thee, and the countenance of the children that eat of the portion of the king's meat : and as thou seest , deal with thy servants.
