- Ezra 15 7:26 - And whosoever will not do the law of thy God, and the law of the king, let judgment be executed speedily upon him, whether it be unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment.
וכל־די־לא להוא עבד דתא די־אלהך ודתא די מלכא אספרנא דינה להוא מתעבד מנה הן למות הן לשׁרשׁו הנ־לענשׁ נכסין ולאסורין - Ezra 15 7:21 - And I, even I Artaxerxes the king, do make a decree to all the treasurers which are beyond the river, that whatsoever Ezra the priest, the scribe of the law of the God of heaven, shall require of you, it be done speedily,
ומני אנה ארתחשׁסתא מלכא שׂים טעם לכל גזבריא די בעבר נהרה די כל־די ישׁאלנכון עזרא כהנה ספר דתא די־אלה שׁמיא אספרנא יתעבד - Ezra 15 7:12 - Artaxerxes, king of kings, unto Ezra the priest, a scribe of the law of the God of heaven, perfect peace, and at such a time.
ארתחשׁסתא מלך מלכיא לעזרא כהנא ספר דתא די־אלה שׁמיא גמיר וכענת אַרְתַּחְשַׁשְׁתָּא Artaxerxes מֶלֶךְ King, royal מֶלֶךְ King, royal עֶזְרָא Ezra כָּהֵן Priest סָפֵר Scribe דָּת Decree, law אֱלָהּ God, god שָׁמַיִן Heaven גְּמַר Perfect [8752] כְּעֶנֶת At such a time - Ezra 15 5:11 - And thus they returned us answer, saying , We are the servants of the God of heaven and earth, and build the house that was builded these many years ago, which a great king of Israel builded and set up .
וכנמא פתגמא התיבונא לממר אנחנא המו עבדוהי די־אלה שׁמיא וארעא ובנין ביתא די־הוא בנה מקדמת דנה שׁנין שׂגיאן ומלך לישׂראל רב בנהי ושׁכללה - Ezra 15 5:2 - Then rose up Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and began to build the house of God which is at Jerusalem : and with them were the prophets of God helping them.
