- Exodus 2 2:23 - And it came to pass in process of time, that the king of Egypt died : and the children of Israel sighed by reason of the bondage, and they cried , and their cry came up unto God by reason of the bondage.
ויהי בימים הרבים ההם וימת מלך מצרים ויאנחו בני־ישׂראל מנ־העבדה ויזעקו ותעל שׁועתם אל־האלהים מנ־העבדה - 2 Samuel 10 8:2 - And he smote Moab, and measured them with a line, casting them down to the ground ; even with two lines measured he to put to death , and with one full line to keep alive .
