- Isaiah 23 8:8 - And he shall pass through Judah ; he shall overflow and go over , he shall reach even to the neck ; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O Immanuel .
וחלף ביהודה שׁטף ועבר עד־צואר יגיע והיה מטות כנפיו מלא רחב־ארצך עמנו אל - 1 Kings 11 22:38 - And one washed the chariot in the pool of Samaria ; and the dogs licked up his blood ; and they washed his armour ; according unto the word of the LORD which he spake .
וישׁטף את־הרכב על ברכת שׁמרון וילקו הכלבים את־דמו והזנות רחצו כדבר יהוה אשׁר דבר - Daniel 27 9:26 - And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off , but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary ; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined .

ובשׁטף עבר כלה יעשׂה מקומה ואיביו ירדפ־חשׁך - Leviticus 3 15:11 - And whomsoever he toucheth that hath the issue , and hath not rinsed his hands in water, he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
